ORDER POLICY

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. We work on a first-come, first-serve basis, and high-demand products may sell out rapidly. Please keep in mind that items in your shopping bag are not reserved for you automatically. You will need to proceed to ‘CHECK OUT’ and complete the process to ensure you have purchased the product.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order products indicate that the item is not currently in stock at the time of your purchase. After the pre-order period has ended, completion may take 1-2 months.

RISK OF LOSS

Purchased items are delivered by a third-party carrier -under the terms of a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon hand-over to the carrier.
