I'll be visiting the central post office once a week to mail out orders. Your invoice might have to be included with the package because it's required by the shipping company. Additional charges such as customs, taxes, tariffs, and collection fees may apply. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of each customer. When placing an order for multiple items and one of the products is a pre-order, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is available to ship. I can ship the package without EORI/IOSS number. As tax/VAT cannot be collected automatically in my shop, your country customs will charge you when the package arrives. Shipping to Germany is currently unavailable until further notice. We don't have a LUCID packaging ID for now, but If there's more demand from Germany we will consider registering.

Items in stock will ship out in 4-7 working days after we process your order. It might take a little longer during peak seasons, but rest assured that we always try our best to ship your package as soon as possible! We offer both regular tracked shipping (all products) and non-tracked shipping (for flat items only). The tracked shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks to reach you, while the non-tracked may reach you in 4-6 weeks the fastest, but it could also take months in some cases. Please note that non-tracked shipping options are only available if all your items are flat: • Sticker sheets or die-cut stickers • Art-prints If you have non-flat items in your cart, the non-tracked shipping option will not be available at checkout. Please note that if you choose to use the non-tracked shipping option, you are not eligible for a refund on the lost package.
