Where is the store based?

Indonesia. Fellow Indonesians and SE Asians, you can shop on Shopee for a friendlier shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please see the SHIPPING INFO section on the home page for more information. Keep in mind that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the client's responsibility and not included in the price of your transaction; I'm also not responsible for delays caused by customs.

When is my pre-order shipping?

Please check the product description for the shipping estimation on each pre-order product. Manufacturing starts after the pre-order period ends, and products are shipped when the manufacturing process ends.

The Pre-order period usually lasts around 2-3 weeks. If you ordered at the beginning of the pre-order campaign, you should anticipate waiting for up to three months, as manufacturing takes a month plus shipping time. Please keep in mind that due to Covid, waiting periods may vary depending on the circumstances in the affected nations.

What if I ordered something not on pre-order with a pre-order item?

Your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order products arrive. If you want them first, you'll have to place a separate order.

I haven't received my order yet

Please read my Return & Refund Policy for more details about how to resolve this. I recommend waiting 2 months from the dispatch date before escalating the matters to me.

I found defects in my order. What should I do?

Please bear in mind that all my products are partly handmade. Epoxy for the keychain is done manually, and I did the cutting and laminating myself, so it's rather unusual to find ultra-perfect goods. However, I do strict quality control on all my products before selling them, but as I am just human, I might still miss one or two very minor defects.

With stickers, you can expect a bit of off-centering as it's a result of the home-scale cutting machine. Under the laminating layer, there may be teeny-tiny dust particles that are not too visible.
