If the package hasn't moved after four weeks on the tracking website, the following choices are available, depending on the parcel's location:
DAMAGED ITEMS
I'm not responsible for damaged items because of the courier's negligence. Please bear in mind that after an item dispatched, I no longer have control over it. I'll do my best to pack them safely to prevent any shipment damage. My packing staple is a padded mailer with a corrugated board backing OR box packaging inside a poly mailer, which would be considered secure and sturdy in most circumstances.

Before placing your order, please double-check your delivery address. I will not resend or refund any order that has been lost or returned because of an incorrect address.
